The WBSA is a Social based Club for fishermen and women that fish in the Western Basin of Lake Erie and it's tributaries. Membership is open to all fishing people no matter what their location. Our goal is to present information in a manner that will help sustain and improve fishing in one of 
the greatest inland sport fisheries in the world. Scientific information, fishing techniques, locations and presentations will be presented at our monthly meetings by expert and knowledgeable speakers and tournament anglers in our group. These anglers are very open with techniques and methods and will help any member that is trying to learn new  methods. All you have to do is ask (Well  maybe not the day before a
tournament)! We are the host of the Lake Erie Walleye Trail Team Walleye Circuit and assist other groups with their tourneys and fundraisers and also hold or assist with Children's fish outings and equipment.

MAY MEETING

The next regular meeting is at the Brass Pelican in Sandusky on Tuesday,  May 6th at 7 PM. Hopefully the speakers for this meeting will be our members that have fished the LEWT, FLW League, FLW Tour, and/or the MWC, since they have all taken place in the last month! It's been a busy month for our tourney guys and hopefully they will have some tips and words of wisdom for us!

The June meeting will be the Annual Fish Fry at Cranberry Creek Marina in Huron with guest speaker Larry Carr from Navionics.
