This is a good 3 man tourney with a great party and raffle afterward. 3 man teams. I've been hearing about it for several years but it is a low key and not much advertised event so didn't know much about it. 75 team field this year with just a few spots left. you can fish from Lorain, Vermilion, Beaver or huron. It's up to you.

$105 per team and $15 big fish entry. You can sign up at Bad Boys,Central basin, Georges and Erie Outfitters.

WBSA is offering a $100 contingency for this for the highest finishing team with a club member on it.

I don't have a team myself and will more than likely be fishing around the islands til then but would like to join someone that is looking for a 3rd.

The winner of the WBSA contingency money appears to be Scott Geitgey.

I didn't make it over there for what sounded like a fun tourney but it sounds like the competition was fierce with less tahn 3/4 inch between 1st and second. congrats Scott!

I would like to thank Gary for the tourney.It is a great tournament and fun afterwards.The entry fee is very reasonable and all people fishing this tournament pretty much know what it takes to win this one.
