My outgo is exceeding my income and doesn't look like it's gonna change, so my pride and joy 215X Triton is going on the market.
2006 Triton 215X/ 2008 Evinrude 250 HO Evinrude w/19" SS prop, 9.9 Johnson kicker, 101 MinnKota electric with autopilot and copilot, Full canvas including full enclosure for winter fishing and another heavy duty winter cover that is trailerable. 5 new this year batteries, trollmaster, jackplate for main engine, butt seat and 2-3 extra removables, AM-FM CD stereo radio, High end marine radio and 8' antenna, and Lowrance 104 with all my past icons, which includes areas all the way from Devils Lake in north Dakota to Henderson Harbor at Eastern Lake Ontario.
Boat does 60 easily with the 19" prop, more speed is availble with bigger props but 60 has been fast enough for me and I like the takeoff of this prop. This engine sips gas and actually gets better trolling mileage than the kicker. The kicker trolls down to about 1.1- 1.3, the main trolls at around 1.9-2.3 without bags. The Minn Kota with Copilot is awesome and has become my main source of power for slow trolling at under 1.3 and goes all day at those speeds. It fishes 3 comfortably and 4 or 5 if you don't mind a crowd. This boat will and has handled any conditions Lake Erie can throw at it and will keep you dry except in cross winds even without the cover.
The full cover and additional 7 foot high winter enclosure was made by Rabers near Ashland and a small Coleman heater keeps it toasty in the worst conditions.
Below is a copy of NADA guide for my boat less the kicker, upgraded main engine, trollmaster, enclosure, MinnKota and 8 RAM rodholders and 12 RAM mounts plus whatever else I forgot to put down. I also have a 225 Evinrude 225 HO DI that is a great running engine that can be used for bartering. There are a couple small dock rashes on the boat and a bruised fender on the trailer that needs acouple marker lights fixed. The Panther kicker lift isn't listed because it isn't working, it needs a part for the 3rd time and I decided not to spend money on it again, it is fixable for about $200.00.
Price is 37,500 with the 250 HO and 32,500 with the 225 HO with very little room for negotiation
Either motor could be purchased separatley if anyone needs one of them. Both are in great shape with low hours.
