DO NOT include your membership renewal on the same check as your tournament entry. They are 2 different accounts and it creates a lot of extra work. Also, Even if you pay your entry with Paypal, you still need to send in an entry form. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED ON THE FORM AND FOR ENTRY! If you don't want to send your social through the mail, please email it or call me (not Marc, he's not the one who needs it) and give it to me that way. I do not store anyones social security # on my computer for security reasons, and I have packed all the 2010 info away and really don't want to go digging to find someone's social. Thanks for your cooperation.
